Terms and Conditions for the real estate business: (as of 01.01.2020 - © Boyé Real Estate)

1 Our offers are considered first record and are subject to confirmation and without obligation. Remain Subject to prior sale or subletting reserved.

2 With the conclusion of a proof by our or our brokered purchase, lease, or other contract, the customary proof or agency fee is payable. Our mediation or proof fee is 3.57% including VAT for each buyer and seller.
